We offer nationwide shipping, so no matter where you are in the continental United States, you can enjoy our delicious cookies and pastries.

2. Processing Time:
All orders are freshly baked and shipped within 1-3 business days. We ship orders for nationwide delivery only from Monday to Wednesday to ensure optimal freshness. For example, if you place your order on a Sunday, it will be shipped out on Monday. If you order on Monday, it will ship on Tuesday. However, if you place your order on Thursday, it will be shipped the following Monday to avoid any delays in transit over the weekend.

3. Shipping Method:
We use USPS for all our shipping needs. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

4. Delivery Timeframes:
Delivery timeframes typically vary from 2-4 business days, depending on your delivery location and the distance from our bakery in Central New Jersey. While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, please allow for potential delays due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Packaging:
We take great care in packaging our baked goods to ensure they arrive fresh and intact. Each item is securely packed to maintain its quality during transit.

6. Order Cancellations & Modifications:
Please note that we may be unable to process cancellations or modifications once an order has been fulfilled and shipped. We encourage you to carefully review your order and confirm that all delivery address details are accurate before placing it. If changes are needed, please contact us as soon as possible, but understand that we may not be able to accommodate requests for modifications after the order has been processed.

7. Returns and Exchanges:
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
